Wallace: Israel’s interception of “Steadfastness Flotilla” confirms policy of “do whatever we want”

Irish politician and former MEP Mick Wallace said Israel’s renewed intervention in the Global Steadfastness Flotilla reflects a message to the world: “We can do whatever we want, wherever we want.”

In a post on X, Wallace said Israel relies on continued US and European support despite such actions.

Earlier, Israeli naval forces intercepted flotilla ships heading to break the blockade on Gaza, several hundred kilometers off Cyprus. Hebrew media reported arrests of activists and their transfer to a naval vessel before being taken to Ashdod, with the operation expected to last several hours.
