Israeli Enemy Continues Its Aggression on Lebanon, Resistance Confronts It
The Israeli enemy forces continue their aggression on Lebanon, through airstrikes and artillery shelling alongside ground attacks in southern Lebanon, which include demolishing and detonating buildings, in an ongoing Israeli violation of the truce signed since April 17, 2026, while the Islamic Resistance continues to confront Israeli attacks and defend Lebanese territory.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that an Israeli drone targeted, on Sunday morning, a number of workers picking watermelons in a field on the outskirts of Burj al-Shamali town, with no casualties reported.
Israeli enemy warplanes launched airstrikes on Sunday on the towns of Arnoun and Kfar Tebnit in southern Lebanon, while Israeli artillery shelling targeted the town of Kfar Rouman and the Kfar Jouz area in the Nabatieh district.
The outskirts of Dibbine town in the Marjayoun district were also shelled, and several homes in the town were detonated.
Israeli shelling also struck the town of Deir al-Zahrani in the Nabatieh district, and an airstrike targeted the town of Arab Salim in the same district, while two airstrikes hit the towns of Shaqra and Meidoun.
Additionally, Israeli enemy aircraft bombed the vicinity of the Nabih Berri Governmental Hospital in Nabatieh twice in less than fifteen minutes on Sunday morning.
The Israeli enemy army announced the start of a large-scale military operation in the highlands of Al-Shqif (Beaufort Castle) and the Wadi al-Slouqi area in southern Lebanon.
An Israeli army spokesperson claimed that its forces crossed the Litani River and expanded their attacks against the resistance north of the river, indicating that operations are currently expanding towards additional areas.
The Israeli enemy army admitted on Sunday morning the death of one soldier and the injury of four others after they were targeted by a resistance drone in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli Home Front Command also issued an early warning in anticipation of rocket fire from Lebanon towards towns in the north.
