Ain Al-Insaniya Center Condemns Crimes Committed by Saudi-led Aggression Against Civilians, Civilian Infrastructure Across Five Governorates

The Ain Al-Insaniya Center for Rights and Development has condemned the crimes and violations committed by the Saudi-led aggression on Monday against civilians and civilian infrastructure across several governorates. The attacks resulted in eight deaths and 19 injuries—including women and children—and caused extensive damage to health, educational, and service facilities, as well as private property.

In a statement, the Center emphasized that the targeting of civilians, medical and educational facilities, water and telecommunications infrastructure, and other civilian objects raises serious concerns regarding violations of international humanitarian law—specifically the principles of distinction and proportionality, as well as the obligation to take necessary precautions to protect civilians.

The Center held the Saudi regime responsible for these attacks and the resulting human casualties and material damage. It called upon the United Nations, the international community, and human rights and humanitarian organizations to take urgent action to halt these violations, ensure the protection of civilians and civilian objects, and put an end to the continued targeting of the Yemeni people’s resources.
