Eye Humanity Center condemns Saudi aggression massacre of family in Haradh

The Eye Humanity Center for Rights and Development has strongly condemned a fatal airstrike by the Saudi aggression, targeting the home of Ali Mohammed Adhli in Haradh district of Hajjah governorate.

The attack resulted in the killing of Adhli, his wife, and four of their children, leaving their six-year-old daughter severely injured.

In an official statement released via the Yemen News Agency (Saba), the Center categorized the attack as a egregious example of deliberate civilian targeting.

The statement further highlighted a concurrent strike in Sala district of Taiz governorate that wounded three civilians, including a child, demonstrating a continuing pattern of aerial bombardment aimed at civilian infrastructure and residential areas.

It emphasized that targeting inhabited civilian homes constitutes a grave breach of international humanitarian law—specifically violating the core principles of distinction, proportionality, and precaution, holding the Saudi aggression fully accountable for the casualties, the Center urged international legal mechanisms to ensure perpetrators do not evade justice.

The Center’s statement called on the United Nations and international bodies to fulfill their mandates by documenting these violations, implementing concrete steps to safeguard civilians, especially women and children and securing justice and reparations for the victims and their surviving family members.
