Hezbollah Secretary-General sends message of thanks to Ghalibaf, praises Iran’s support for Lebanon

Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem on Tuesday sent a message of thanks to Iranian Parliament Speaker Dr. Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, expressing appreciation for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s support for Lebanon and its resistance movement.

Qassem praised Iran’s role in efforts aimed at compelling Israel to halt its military operations and linking any potential Tehran-Washington understandings to an end to the war against Iran.

He stated that Iran has provided extensive support to Hezbollah, the resistance, and the Lebanese people without seeking anything in return, helping strengthen the capabilities of the resistance.

Qassem also thanked Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps for their support, and praised the Iranian people for backing resistance causes and standing by Lebanon.
