Israeli enemy continues violations of ceasefire in Lebanon with bombings, raids, incursions, arrests

The Israeli enemy army continued its violations of the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon on Thursday, carrying out bombings, airstrikes, and incursions into several southern towns, while simultaneously arresting Lebanese citizens.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the Israeli enemy detonated homes and infrastructure in the eastern and fourth neighborhoods of the Al-Mashaa area between the towns of Mansouri and Majdalzoun, using barrels containing highly destructive explosives.

In Nabatieh, enemy drones carried out a two-stage raid targeting the Ali Taher forest.

In Hasbaya, the Lebanese agency reported that an Israeli enemy force infiltrated the town of Halta this morning, surrounded several houses, and prevented residents from leaving before arresting three townspeople. The force then withdrew towards the occupied Palestinian territories.

The town of Kfar Tebnit witnessed a massive explosion, described as the largest of its kind in the town, which caused a deafening blast that reverberated throughout several areas of southern Lebanon. Thick plumes of smoke rose into the air, visible from afar, amidst widespread tension and panic among residents.

Meanwhile, in the town of Bani Hayyan, the Israeli army carried out three explosions, continuing its repeated violations of the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon.

Since March 2nd, the Israeli enemy has escalated its criminal aggression against Lebanon, targeting Lebanese towns, villages, cities, and civilian infrastructure, resulting in thousands of martyrs and wounded, and the displacement of approximately 1.5 million Lebanese citizens.

On June 18th, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced that the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding had been signed electronically between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran, stipulating a ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon. However, Israeli forces continue to violate the agreement daily.
