Leader of Revolution: Holy Quran provides correct vision for confronting Zionist Jews
The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirmed that the nation cannot reach a result in coexistence and understanding with the Zionist Jews, because their entity is based on corruption and arrogance.
In the first lecture today, part of the series of lessons for the month of Dhul Hijjah titled “Indeed this Quran guides to that which is most upright,” the Leader explained that the corruption of the Zionist Jews is directed at people, and this has been the case since the beginning of the occupation of Palestine until today.
He said, “Many Islamic systems and among the elites do not have a correct vision regarding the Zionist Jews, and they promote the possibility of peace and coexistence with them on the basis that this has become a reality.”
He pointed out that the current state within the Islamic nation is one of confusion and incorrect dealings with the enemy, and many within the nation, especially its elites, have not approached the study of the Zionist enemy’s danger with the attention and care commensurate with the level of danger it poses.
He explained that the Holy Quran is what provides the correct vision for confronting the Zionist Jews, adding, “Instead of a person just receiving much of the misguidance that comes from the enemies, one should turn to the reliable source, which is the Holy Quran, because what it presents are indisputable facts.”
He added, “When the Holy Quran presents us with a vision, in any field, it presents the finest vision by which our lives are set right, and by which our stance is set right. It presents what is finest, greatest, most successful, and achieves important goals at the highest level.”
The Leader noted that the nation wastes time, efforts, and resources on incorrect choices, which empowers the enemy even more, affirming that the nation is in dire need of the most guided, finest, and most upright way to confront its enemies, and this is what the Holy Quran provides.
He continued, “At the forefront of what we need in our struggle with the enemies of Islam is high awareness and penetrating insight. We need awareness and insight to know the enemy in reality, to know his conspiracies and what he seeks, as well as awareness of his goals in general. We need awareness of the correct position that we should adopt and upon which we should act regarding the risks targeting us from the enemy.”
He pointed out that the situation with the Zionist enemy is not open to coexistence, normalization, understanding, or peaceful solutions, adding, “Instead of improvisational stances, confused opinions, incorrect analyses, and false ideas, the primary source to which we should return is the Holy Quran.”
The Leader asked in his lecture today, “Do we not need the most upright way to confront the enemy? The most upright way for us to be upon in life, the most upright way in all our affairs? We need that. It presents us with the most upright, the finest, the best, the greatest; this is important for us because it protects us from the floundering that the Arabs have fallen into over decades, since the beginning of the British occupation of Palestine for more than a hundred years, then its enabling of the Israeli enemy, and we are today in the eighth decade of the hot conflict with the Israeli enemy.”
He continued, “The fruit of being guided by the Holy Quran, the fruit of being guided by God’s guidance, the blessing of guidance manifests in people’s souls. Even at the psychological level, the Holy Quran transfers you to be among those believers with those fine qualities. You become among those people about whom He said: ‘God will bring forth a people whom He loves and who love Him, humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelievers, striving in the cause of God and not fearing the blame of any blamer. That is the favor of God, He grants it to whom He wills.’ You become among the nation that moves in this life calling to good, not shirking responsibilities nor fleeing from what contains honor, virtue, and goodness in this world and the hereafter, and moves calling to good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, moving according to the fine faith-based qualities of God’s believing servants in Surah Al-Tawbah and others.”
He added, “The blessing of guidance manifests in people’s souls; it purifies souls, prepares and qualifies them to perform a great role in this life while being free from all the bad impurities that lower a person’s psyche: impurities of selfishness, impurities of all aspects that represent a defect in a person’s psychological state. The Quran purifies souls, transforming them into pure, clear, clean, and chaste souls that move with their intelligence, values, and morals towards great deeds, sacred responsibilities, correct paths, and great positions with all passion, all desire, all love, and all its importance and result manifest. The blessing of guidance in people’s souls molds you into a fine, pure, Quranic, faith-based formation. This is among the most important things we need for change: ‘Indeed, God does not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.'”
The Leader spoke about the upcoming lecture series, saying, “This is an important matter. Therefore, in these days, we will focus, God willing, on establishing the foundations, concepts, and Quranic constants in awareness about the enemy. How should our view of the Jews be? The Jews are the primary enemy of this nation, the most hostile enemy, enemy number one for us as Muslims. The rest are within their framework: those who are loyal to them from the Christians, those who are loyal to them from the hypocrites who claim to be part of Islam and Muslims, and the rest who follow their line and orbit around them. How do we carry correct awareness? How do we view the enemy? How do we act on a correct basis towards the enemy?”
He urged “taking advantage of the lessons, and paying attention to certain evidences and details related to the stage we are in, because one can benefit directly and this is available. There are paths to read lessons from the guidance of the Holy Quran and programs presented for them, and benefiting from them is directly available, and it is fundamentally required. There should be attention to those valuable, beneficial lessons that are a curriculum for our Quranic path. However, this is also one of the ways to benefit from them. We also present from them what we extract in terms of foundations, concepts, and constants in light of specific Quranic verses, and we focus on the requirements of this stage.”
