Lebanon: Israeli Enemy Army Blows Up Water Project in Markaba, Detonates Explosives in Two Phases in Hadatha

The Israeli enemy army carried out an explosion targeting the water project in the town of Markaba, and a two-phase detonation in the town of Hadatha in southern Lebanon on Saturday, continuing Zionist violations of the ceasefire agreement.

Lebanon’s National News Agency reported that the hostile Israeli forces blew up the water project in the town of Markaba in the Marjayoun district.

It also reported that the Israeli enemy army carried out an explosion in two phases in the town of Hadatha in the Bint Jbeil district, with no information about the target of the explosion.

In a related context, the Lebanese agency said that Israeli enemy reconnaissance drones flew today over the skies of the Lebanese capital Beirut and its southern suburbs.

Since March 2 of last year, the Israeli enemy has escalated its criminal aggression on Lebanon, targeting Lebanese towns, villages, cities, and civilian properties, resulting in thousands of martyrs and wounded, and the displacement of approximately one and a half million Lebanese citizens.

On June 18 of this year, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced that the Islamabad memorandum of understanding was signed electronically between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and included a ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon. However, Israeli enemy forces continue to commit daily violations of the agreement.
