Qaani: urges Saudi Arabia to end Yemen blockade

IRGC Quds Force Commander Brig. Gen. Esmail Qaani called on Saudi Arabia to learn from what he described as the U.S.’s “irrational and costly” policies and end the 11-year blockade on Yemen.

In a statement carried by Fars News Agency on Saturday, Qaani said lifting the blockade is a just and humanitarian demand. He also urged Riyadh to focus on supporting the Palestinian people and Gaza instead of maintaining pressure on Yemen.
