Ministry of Health: 29 Civilian Casualties in Saudi Attacks

Yemen’s Ministry of Health and Environment said that Saudi airstrikes and military operations targeting civilian sites over the past 24 hours killed and injured 29 civilians.

The ministry reported 14 deaths and 15 injuries, including women and children, most of them in Taiz governorate.

It added that Saudi aircraft targeted a grocery store near the end of Al-Sahya Pass in Al-Maqatirah district, Lahj governorate, causing extensive property damage.

The continued targeting of civilian homes and infrastructure, alongside restrictions on medical travel, constitutes violations of international humanitarian law.
