President Al-Mashat Congratulates Islamic Republic of Iran on Great Victory Against American-Zionist Aggressive War
In a statement, President Al-Mashat congratulated the Islamic Republic of Iran, leadership and people, on the great victory achieved, by God’s grace and support, in the face of the aggressive war launched by the United States and the Zionist entity.
He affirmed that the armed forces, represented by the Iranian army and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, presented an honorable and inspiring model for the Islamic nation in steadfastness, resilience, and capability, embodying a will based on faith in God and trust in His truthful promise to support the oppressed, repel the schemes of aggressors, and thwart their plans.
He explained that this victory is not limited in its impact to the Islamic Republic of Iran alone, but serves the interests of the peoples of the Islamic nation and the entire region, contributing to enhancing their security and stability and protecting them from American and Israeli projects of hegemony and aggression.
He said: “We in the Republic of Yemen commend the Iranian wisdom that was evident in managing this battle under the leadership of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Sayyed Mujtaba Khamenei, and President Masoud Pezeshkian, and in the decisive response to the aggression and targeting of the aggressors’ interests and military bases. This, along with popular steadfastness and internal cohesion, contributed to imposing a halt to the aggression, foiling its objectives, and forcing the aggressors to retreat from many of their bets and schemes.”
President Al-Mashat stated that this battle proved that the will of free peoples and their steadfastness in defending their rights and sovereignty are sufficient to thwart projects of hegemony and aggression, no matter how great the military, political, and media capabilities of the aggressors. It also confirmed the failure of bets aimed at subduing the Islamic Republic or extracting its legitimate rights.
He continued: “This battle also confirmed that the era of aggression without consequences is over, and that the will of free peoples and their capacity for resilience and sacrifice can impose new deterrence equations that prevent the violation of states, peoples, and their rights.”
He added: “The Islamic Republic of Iran’s insistence on consolidating the unity of fronts on both the military and diplomatic fields led to imposing a halt to the Zionist aggression on Lebanon, which once again confirms that this enemy understands only the language of force, and that policies of submission and surrender only lead to more aggression and blackmail.”
President Al-Mashat noted that forcing the arrogant American and Israeli enemy to retreat and curtail its aggressive objectives does not mean that this enemy has abandoned its ambitions or stopped its conspiracies. He continued: “It does not adhere to covenants and charters, nor does it respect agreements except to the extent that the balance of power imposes on it. Hence, the next phase requires more vigilance, steadfastness, consolidating gains, safeguarding rights, dignity, and honor, adhering to the unity of fronts, and strengthening elements of strength in facing upcoming challenges.”
President Al-Mashat concluded his statement by saying: “This strategic victory opens the door for the peoples of the nation and the region to greater cohesion, unity, and integration, achieving desired development, security, and stability, and preventing the enemy from destabilizing the region and imposing its hegemony. All governments of the nation must seize the opportunity, benefit from this moment to build bridges, rebuild trust, and start from a solid foundation based on respect, aiming for the good of all.”
