Revolution leader: Repeated Zionist-American insults to Holy Quran reveal Zionists’ explicit hostility to all sacred principles

The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, on Thursday affirmed that the repeated Zionist-American insults to the Holy Quran, the holiest of all sacred texts on earth, reveal the Zionists’ explicit hostility to all sacred principles, their hatred of the divine message, their aversion to noble morals, and their malice towards all values of goodness and justice.

In a statement regarding the recent American insult to the Holy Quran, the Leader of the Revolution explained that the Islamic world’s failure to take a firm stance to prevent such insults is a grave dereliction of duty and a serious sin with grave consequences for the nation.

He said, “If Islamic countries were to adopt a formal and serious stance of political and economic boycott, they could pressure America and the infidel West to cease their actions. Similarly, if Muslim populations were to widely implement an economic boycott of American goods and the goods of countries that sponsor Zionist activities aimed at insulting the Holy Quran, they would be forced to desist.”

The Leader emphasized the importance of Muslims strengthening their relationship with the Holy Quran to attain a high level of awareness and insight, enabling them to fulfill their sacred and great responsibilities, restore their global role as messengers of Allah, and make them worthy of Allah’s support, assistance, and victory.

He added, “Since the Zionist Jews and their allies in America and the infidel West have placed at the top of their list of hostile activities against Muslims the targeting of their relationship with the Holy Quran, seeking to undermine its status and sanctity in their hearts, and striving to separate them from its guidance, then Muslims, in turn, must prioritize: paying attention to the Holy Quran, strengthening their connection to it, consolidating its sanctity, and becoming immersed in its teachings.”

The leader emphasized that the Yemeni people are among the most devoted to the Holy Quran, stemming from their faith-based identity. Therefore, their declared stance against the crime of the infidel enemies in insulting the Holy Quran has been evident in our dear people’s demonstrations, activities, cultural awareness campaigns, media programs, the activation of the economic boycott, their path of faith, jihad, and liberation, their rejection of subservience to the enemies of Islam and Muslims, their raising of the banner of jihad in the path of Allah, and their enmity towards the enemies of Allah and the enemies of humanity, the leaders of disbelief (America and Israel).

The leader of the revolution reaffirmed the Yemeni people’s unwavering commitment to their path, relying on Allah Almighty, trusting in Him, and placing their faith in Him. The statement issued by the Yemeni Scholars Association expressed the faith-based stance of our dear people. It is crucial that the response to the enemies’ desecration of the Holy Quran, and the practical implications thereof, be among the most prominent themes in the events and activities held in Yemen to commemorate the Prophet’s birthday, as well as in demonstrations and rallies.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Allah Almighty said in the Holy Quran: {Say, “O People of the Scripture, do you resent us except [for the fact] that we have believed in Allah and what was revealed to us and what was revealed before and because most of you are defiantly disobedient?” (59) Say, “Shall I inform you of [what is] worse than that as recompense with Allah? Those whom Allah has cursed and with whom He became angry and made some of them apes and pigs and worshippers of false deities.”} Those are worse in position and further astray from the right path. [Al-Ma’idah: 59-60]

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

Furthermore, the Zionist-American insults against the Holy Quran, the blessed Book of Allah, the holiest of all holy things on earth, the light that dispels all darkness, and the guidance that saves humanity from misguidance, are repeated. This is done by burning copies of the Holy Quran, revealing the Zionists’ blatant hostility towards all sacred principles, their hatred of the divine message, their aversion to noble morals, and their malice towards all values of goodness and justice. This is the true nature of their problem with the Holy Quran.

The Zionist Jews, those dark and criminal people, and their supporters and those who orbit them in America and the infidel West know that the Holy Quran is the Book of Light that dispels darkness, reveals their true nature to human societies, and protects those who follow it from their misguidance. It is the Book that preserves humanity’s inherent values, purifies souls, and cultivates noble character. It is the Book that safeguards those guided by it from servitude to tyranny and elevates them to fulfill their role as stewards of the earth according to Allah’s wise and valuable teachings. It is the Book that contains the foundations, concepts, and teachings by which humanity can establish justice in life and be saved from oppression, injustice, and crime.

The problem of the Zionist Jews and their supporters in America and the infidel West with the Holy Quran is in its light, as much as they are dark, like bats of the night, who are terrified of the light of day and the sunlight. Their problem with it is in its purity and the clarity of its teachings, as much as they are in their filth and defilement, like cockroaches that grow and multiply in rotten and dirty places. Their problem with the Holy Quran is in its teachings that achieve justice in life, as much as they are in their tyranny, savagery, criminality, and injustice. They want the reality of humanity to remain like the reality of animals in the forests, where the strong eat the weak. They are the ones whose true nature was revealed by the [Jeffrey Epstein] scandal, their crimes in the Gaza Strip, and the repeated scandals in the world, which continue with time, and which are evidence and proofs of what Allah exposed them with in the Holy Quran.

The honor of the Holy Qur’an, the blessed holy book of Allah, is not diminished by their burning of the Qur’an, and those insults that testify to their disbelief, baseness, depravity, and darkness, and express their hatred and loathing for it, due to their evil, disbelief, criminality, ignorance, and hatred. This demonstrates their intense distress and rage at the light and great guidance of Islam, which guarantees humanity liberation and deliverance from their domination and enslavement, and ensures human progress while protecting it from their defilement and corruption. They are also repeating their grave crime of desecrating the Holy Quran and burning copies of the sacred text, as an act of hostility against Islam and Muslims. This is part of their malevolent and hostile actions in their conspiracies and schemes against Muslims, which encompass all spheres: through a deceptive and corrupting soft war, as well as through a brutal and criminal hard war, under transparent pretexts such as “changing the Middle East,” “establishing Greater Israel,” and “preventing the spread of the light of Islam to the rest of the world.” Therefore, the responsibility of Muslims in confronting this clear enemy is a religious one, essential to repel the evil of a manifest enemy, openly hostile, an aggressor, an oppressor, a corrupter, and a misleader, who poses a danger to the Muslim nation in both its religious and worldly affairs.

And our dear people, the people of Yemen, the land of faith, wisdom, and jihad, are among the most committed to this, stemming from their faith-based identity. Therefore, his declared stance against the crime of the infidel enemies in their desecration of the Holy Quran has been prominent in the demonstrations, events, cultural, awareness-raising, and mobilization activities of our dear people, media programs, the activation of the economic boycott, and his path of faith, jihad, and liberation. He has rejected subservience to the enemies of Islam and Muslims, raised the banner of jihad in the path of Allah, and declared enmity towards the enemies of Allah and the enemies of humanity—the leaders of disbelief (America and Israel). He continues his path with unwavering resolve, relying on Allah Almighty, trusting in Him, and placing his trust in Him. The statement issued by the Association of Yemeni Scholars expressed the faith-based stance of our dear people. It is important that the stance against the enemies’ crime of desecrating the Holy Quran, and the related practical concerns, be among the most prominent topics in the events and activities held by our dear people on the occasion of the Prophet’s birthday, as well as in demonstrations and vigils.
