Tens of thousands of Palestinians performed Friday prayers today at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite the strict restrictions imposed by the Israeli authorities on those entering the mosque.

Residents flocked to the Old City through Damascus Gate to perform Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, while dozens of citizens from within the occupied territories traveled to the mosque to pray, according to the Sanad News Agency.
