Lebanon Health Ministry: 12 Killed, 25 injured in Israeli strikes on southern towns

The Lebanese Ministry of Health said on Friday that 12 people were killed and 25 others injured in Israeli airstrikes on the towns of Habboush and Zrarieh in southern Lebanon, in continued violations of the temporary ceasefire.

According to the ministry, strikes on Habboush in Nabatieh killed eight people, including a child and two women, and injured 21 others. Strikes on Zrarieh in Sidon killed four people, including two women, and wounded four others, including a child.

Since March 2, Israeli attacks across Lebanon have killed and injured thousands and displaced around 1.5 million people, despite a ceasefire that took effect in mid-April but is still being violated daily
