Zionist enemy continues violations of ceasefire agreement, burns homes in southern Lebanon

The Zionist enemy forces continued on Sunday their violations of the ceasefire agreement in southern Lebanon, with one of their tanks entering the town of Haddatha and setting fire to a number of homes.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that an enemy tank entered the town and set fire to houses there.

In a related development, the Zionist enemy targeted the town of Bani Hayyan in the Marjeyoun district with artillery shelling, as part of its ongoing attacks on southern towns and villages.

Since March 2nd, the Israeli enemy has escalated its criminal aggression against Lebanon, targeting Lebanese towns, villages, cities, and civilian infrastructure, resulting in thousands of martyrs and wounded, and the displacement of approximately 1.5 million Lebanese citizens.

On June 18, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced that the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding had been signed electronically between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran, stipulating a ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon. However, Israeli forces continue to violate the agreement daily.
