Hezbollah: Israeli Enemy Openly Sets Fire in South

The Lebanese Hezbollah party stated on Sunday that the Israeli enemy’s open setting fire to forested areas in southern Lebanon, turning them into completely scorched and uninhabitable landscapes, constitutes a continuation of its campaign of urban destruction, the bulldozing of infrastructure, and the theft of ancient olive trees.

In a statement , Hezbollah said: “This ongoing environmental destruction is taking place while the authorities are unable to even file a complaint or claim against the enemy, because they have already granted it impunity by committing not to file any complaint in international forums. Thus, the Israeli enemy persists in its crimes, confident of escaping punishment.”
