Revolution leader: We will never accept enslavement to tyrants, no matter who they are
The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirmed the rejection of enslavement to tyrants, no matter who they are, and reiterated the steadfast and principled stance in support of the nation’s causes and the Palestinian people.
In his speech today regarding the latest developments and updates, the Leader explained that the battle is one of freedom, dignity, and faith, rejecting submission or enslavement to tyrants, and continuing on the path of truth and steadfastness.
He pointed out that the Yemeni people have moved toward imposing a naval blockade on the Saudi regime and established the equation of “siege with siege,” as it is a necessary stance.
He said: “No matter how much we remain silent, the Saudi regime will not change its position out of humanitarian motives, because it lacks humanity. Rather, it takes pleasure in our people’s suffering when it sees cancer patients dying, unable to receive treatment because flights are grounded and airports are closed.”
He added: “The Saudi regime will not abandon its aggressive stance, as it has not accepted understanding during four years of negotiations. Our people are not disputing with the Saudi regime over anything that belongs to it, but over our land, our wealth, our freedom, and our dignity. We are acting within the framework of a just cause—we are not oppressors, reckless, or acting frivolously. This is the choice of necessity.”
The Leader spoke about the Saudi role, which has caused immense damage to the Palestinian cause that concerns the entire nation. When Yemen moved to support Palestine, the Saudis strangely, surprisingly, and oddly moved to intercept drones whose path was over the Red Sea and not over Saudi airspace.
He said: “The path of our drones avoided Saudi airspace so that the Saudis would not imagine or suspect they were targeting them, and so they would have no excuse to target them. Yet they immediately deployed their aircraft to shoot them down,” affirming that the Saudi regime exerted every effort and great attention to protect the Israeli enemy from the drones and missiles launched from Yemen in support of the Palestinian people.
He added: “We used to send messages to the Saudi regime and protest that we were choosing paths for missiles and drones outside its airspace to support Gaza, but they exerted every effort to try to intercept them,” noting that the Saudi regime shot down some Yemeni missiles and drones targeting the Zionist entity, while other Arab systems also positioned themselves as shields to protect the Israeli enemy from Yemeni operations.
He continued: “The Saudi regime classified the mujahideen in Palestine as terrorists, contrary to the Israelis—and this exposes, unmasks, and reveals its true nature. The mujahideen in Hamas and Islamic Jihad have done nothing against the Saudi regime to warrant being classified as terrorists, while it has not classified the Israeli army as terrorist, despite its commission of the ugliest crimes in the world.”
He went on: “Classifying the Palestinian mujahid—who defends his honor, land, dignity, and the honor of the Islamic nation—as a terrorist means the Saudi regime is with the Israeli enemy,” pointing out that the Saudi regime conspires against the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon in service of Zionism.
Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi noted that it is astonishing that the Saudis described the transport of patients and travelers on an Iranian plane as a violation of Yemeni sovereignty, yet they did not take the same stance when Israeli and American aircraft bombed our country.
He explained that the Saudi regime targeted our country with over 250,000 airstrikes, committing crimes and targeting various regions and facilities, affirming that Yemen’s stance on the Friday of “Warning and Mobilization” is a direction within the framework of the truthful and necessary position that is unavoidable.
He continued: “The issue is either we accept being crushed, violated, and enslaved to anyone other than God—to those who have made themselves tools for Zionism—or we remain free, submitting only to God. We proceed on the basis of the truthful stance, and we derive the legitimacy of our position from the Quran.”
The Leader pointed out that the Holy Quran is the correct foundation for legitimacy, not American, British, or Israeli permission, adding: “Our stance is rightful by all considerations, no matter the blame of the blamers, no matter the volume of paid-for statements and flattering declarations issued by countries from here or there.”
He described the stances of most Arab and Islamic regimes as trivial, lacking standards and not based on principles of truth, justice, or the Quran, noting that the stances of most regimes are political flattery in exchange for material gains and other considerations.
He said: “We will never be dismayed, even if they issue a billion statements in a single day. We will never be dismayed, even if organizations here and there and international institutions gather to condemn our stance in defending ourselves against injustice.”
He added: “We do not care about statements, nor do we pay them any heed, for they have no value, because we know they cooperate in sin and aggression and stand with the oppressor,” affirming that the calculations of most regimes are base and degenerate, based on illicit earnings and flattery toward tyrants and criminals.
He continued: “Most regimes have done nothing for the Palestinian people in their horrific oppression,” appreciating all honorable stances that stem from the authenticity of humanitarian, Islamic, and ethical positions within the Islamic nation.
He went on: “No matter the condemnations and denunciations, the issue is clear: who is the oppressor and who is the oppressed? Who is the aggressor and who is the victim? Between us and the Saudis, the matter is clear. We are the oppressed people, the people who have been aggressed against, whose schools, mosques, and markets have been destroyed, and whose thousands of children and women have been killed.”
The Leader of the Revolution affirmed that the testimonies of martyrs’ families in every governorate bear witness to the scale of destruction, and media documentation of the crimes, published at the time, confirms it.
He said: “We move by relying on God, putting our trust in Him, and seeking His help, and He is the Best of Supporters. We are not dismayed in this world, no matter the stances of the oppressors, tyrants, and their flatterers. We rely on God and move within the framework of the truthful stance and the just cause with authenticity. We are a people with a cause.”
He added: “The issue is not that we have an illusory movement without a cause, for the sake of parties here or there. We are partners with our brothers in the axis of jihad and resistance, and this partnership is a partnership of truthful stances that concerns the entire nation.”
He pointed out that the Saudis’ persistence will have dire consequences for them, “and those who have wronged will soon know to what end they will turn,” noting that the Saudis will not be helped by America, Britain, or the Zionist enemy no matter what they do with them or how they share in aggression and criminality.
The Leader reiterated “the steadfastness of the Yemeni people’s position, seeking God’s help, putting their trust in Him, and relying on Him, confident in God Almighty, the Strong, the Mighty. Even if we face the entire world, God is with us, and we are in a position of strength, might, pride, and dignity. We are the holders of the just cause.”
He added: “Our dear people have made their decision, with the great and unprecedented turnout on the Friday of ‘Warning and Mobilization,’ armed vigils, popular marches, tribal gatherings, and scholarly meetings, including scholarly meetings in Al-Hudaydah, Sana’a, and elsewhere.”
The Leader advised countries that sell armed and reconnaissance drones to the Saudis that these will become obsolete goods, explaining that the drones Turkey sells to Saudi Arabia, presented as a pride of Turkish industry, will become obsolete when shot down in Yemen.
He said: “The Saudis have tested American drones and observed the downing of MQ-9s, and they used Chinese drones that were also shot down,” affirming that any country that gets involved in selling its drones to Saudi Arabia will ultimately lose.
The Leader pointed out that the Saudi regime has already experienced how things were over eight years, adding: “By God’s will, the dire consequences of the Saudis’ criminality, tyranny, and insistence on continuing injustice, aggression, and oppression without right against our dear, oppressed Yemeni people will come.”
