The Israeli enemy continued its attacks on several areas in southern Lebanon this evening, Thursday, carrying out a series of airstrikes, artillery shelling, and explosions.
Lebanon’s National News Agency reported that the enemy carried out a violent explosion in the vicinity of the town of Kfar Tibnit, while launching an airstrike on Wadi Al-Salouqi in the Bint Jbeil district.
Shelling also continued on the town of Al-Mansouri, coinciding with the outskirts of Nabatiyeh Al-Fawqa and Dahra Kfar Rouman being subjected to concentrated artillery shelling.
The agency reported that enemy warplanes carried out an airstrike on the outskirts of Zawtar Al-Sharqiya, while targeting the Ali Al-Taher heights on the outskirts of Nabatiyeh Al-Fawqa with two consecutive strikes.
Since March 2, the Israeli enemy has escalated its criminal aggression on Lebanon, targeting Lebanese towns, villages, cities, and civilian structures, resulting in thousands of martyrs and wounded, and the displacement of approximately one and a half million Lebanese citizens.
On June 18, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced that an Islamabad memorandum of understanding had been electronically signed between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran, which included a ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon. However, Israeli enemy forces continue to commit daily violations of the agreement.
