All Yemeni Army Prisoners Liberated from Saudi Enemy Prisons on West Coast
Abdul Qader Al-Murtadha, head of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs, has announced the liberation of all Yemeni Armed Forces prisoners from Saudi enemy prisons on the western coast.
In a post on social media, Al-Murtadha confirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces succeeded in liberating all army prisoners from Saudi enemy detention facilities on the western coast.
The announcement follows a statement earlier Thursday by President Mahdi Al-Mashat, head of the Supreme Political Council, who declared that the situation in the western coast districts had stabilized after the completion of strikes against Saudi enemy mobilizations.
Al-Mashat noted that the presidential amnesty decree has been utilized, with local authorities beginning its implementation immediately upon issuance.
The liberation of all Yemeni army prisoners from Saudi enemy prisons on the western coast represents a significant military and humanitarian achievement. It follows the collapse of Saudi-backed mobilizations on the western coast and the implementation of the presidential amnesty decree, which has encouraged defections and weakened the Saudi-backed forces.
