Leader of Revolution: We are ready to accept any just, fair solution with Saudi enemy by fulfilling our people’s legitimate demands
The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, confirmed readiness to accept any fair solution with the Saudi enemy through the execution of demands centered on stopping the aggression, ending the unjust blockade, and ceasing to deprive the Yemeni people of their oil, gas, and national wealth or control over them.
In his speech on Monday marking the 12th anniversary of the September 21 Revolution, the Leader said: “Instead of fueling internal conflicts and getting embroiled in them, the duty of the nation—so it may rise to a higher level of responsibility—is to work toward supporting the Palestinian people and confronting the Zionist danger that targets everyone.”
He added: “Regarding these issues, the nation is obligated to resolve them with justice and equity. We are ready to accept any fair solution; our demands are clear: that the Saudis halt their aggression against us, end their unjust blockade on our people, cease depriving our people of their oil, gas, and national resources or controlling them, and end their occupation of our country. The Saudis act as occupiers through their officers and officials, interfering in the affairs of the country across all fields alongside those moving with them in the domestic fronts within the occupied and controlled governorates. Therefore, we are the holders of a right and a just cause.”
Al-Houthi continued: “Our priority has always been clear—the major issues of the nation and the dangers threatening everyone. Our enemy is clear, our positions are clear, and these are firm principles from which we do not deviate or sway regardless of the suffering. In any phase of escalation where the Palestinian people suffer anew, we stand with them and by their side just as we did during the ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’ battle and even more.”
He pointed out that the Yemeni people move in confronting aggression and blockade from a faith-based, religious, humanitarian, and moral standpoint. They hold a righteous position and a genuine cause, fully conscious of the injustice against them. Regardless of the difficulties and challenges, the fruit of reliance on Allah, patience, fulfilling responsibilities, and adopting the necessary means is great, and the ultimate outcome belongs to the righteous.
The Leader of the Revolution called upon the Yemeni people to continue mobilization activities, general readiness, high vigilance, and constant efforts to achieve complete freedom and independence. He urged them to strive toward reforming state institutions, achieving an agricultural and economic renaissance, expanding local production, countering the blockade, confronting aggression, building military and security capabilities, and taking action across various fields.
He stated: “What the Saudis are attempting these days is to embroil others with them in the aggression against Yemen, specifically the Turks and Pakistanis. In the case of Turkey, they seek to involve takfiri groups in Syria who stand by watching the Israeli enemy as it violates Syria in every way—occupying land, violating honor, kidnapping Syrians, destroying, killing, and defying the Syrian side and its leadership from a distance of 35 kilometers from the presidential palace in Damascus, without daring to hinder or prevent the enemy entity or its movements.”
The Leader offered advice to the Turks and Pakistanis not to get embroiled out of greed for political or material gains from the Saudi enemy, who relies on the Americans as partners in their crimes.
He revealed the American role in conducting interception operations in Saudi airspace and studying further options for escalation alongside the Saudi enemy, adding: “Whoever sympathizes with the oppressor and bases their stance away from Islamic teachings is a loser and bears all consequences morally, legally, and humanely.”
Al-Houthi emphasized that it is fitting for those regimes to take an honorable stance with the oppressed Palestinian people, who hold an Islamic cause, rather than standing with the Saudis—partners with the Americans, the British, and the Israelis conspiring against the people of the nation—or at least taking a positive stance to end the war and conflict through fair solutions.
He said: “We are people of fairness and do not present impossible conditions. We say: stop the aggression, end the unjust blockade and the occupation of our country. Our demands are fair, legitimate rights for our people, and any party wishing to intervene is expected to play a positive role.”
He added: “It is our right as a Yemeni people to enjoy freedom and independence, benefit from our national resources of oil, gas, and various riches, and enjoy our globally recognized legitimate rights—including freedom of movement, trade, travel for medical care, and an end to all forms of blockade.”
The Leader noted that regardless of challenges and suffering, the Yemeni people remain committed to their legitimate rights, their just cause, and their firm stance on the nation’s issues, chief among them the Palestinian cause. Every day brings developments that place the responsibility on the Islamic nation to take a righteous position with Palestine, the holy sites, and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
He emphasized that the Israeli enemy uses violations against Al-Aqsa, genocide against the Palestinian people, displacement, blockade, and oppression as electoral propaganda. He added: “The criminal Netanyahu, like other criminals, goes to the Buraq Wall as election propaganda. Crimes of murder and genocide have turned into campaign material—the situation has reached this level.”
Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi pointed out that at the beginning of the Hijri year, our people demanded and attempted to break the blockade, at which point the Saudi enemy went mad, returning to escalation by bombing Sana’a airport and mobilizing massive ground forces to eradicate the Yemeni people.
He said: “The renewal of Saudi escalation through airstrikes and ground mobilization was confronted by our people, who moved to face blockade with blockade and escalation with escalation,” citing divine law which grants Yemen the right to confront oppressive aggression and blockade, as well as international charters that guarantee the right to defend one’s homeland.
He noted that the Saudi enemy mobilized tens of thousands to the deserts of Al-Jawf, Al-Mocha, the West Coast, and Al-Bayda, with its proxies boasting that they were heading to sweep through what remained of our country.
Al-Houthi indicated that the Saudi enemy supervised mobilizations across all fronts to invade the country, accompanied by media campaigns and threats of slaughter using ISIS-Zionist methods. He affirmed that Yemen moved with its armed forces, relying on Allah out of faith, to confront the escalation initiated by the Saudi enemy through airstrikes and ground buildup.
He added: “Saudi officers are the ones leading operations from Yemeni governorates to invade what remains of the nation, and our people moved to respond in kind by striking deep inside Saudi territory. Our position was effective in countering the brutal aggression, while the Saudis cry out and scream for external help.”
He continued: “The US continues to support the Saudis at an investment level because they are among its proxies serving the Israeli enemy. American and Zionist experts work alongside the Saudi enemy.”
The Leader emphasized that due to the effectiveness of the Yemeni position, the Saudi enemy sought to bring America and ‘Israel’ into a comprehensive aggression, rather than limited participation.
He said: “Regional circumstances have kept the Americans and Israelis somewhat preoccupied, creating a problem for the Saudis, who want them to join in their aggression and blockade against the Yemeni people.” He affirmed that the Saudi enemy seeks to bring in the Turks and Pakistanis, pleading for their assistance night and day to join in sin and aggression against the dear Yemeni people.
Al-Houthi added: “The Saudi enemy has launched numerous airstrikes and missile strikes across several governorates in our country, targeting civilian objects in its bombardments.” He pointed out that the Saudi enemy bombs bridges and public towers, and targeted the Central Correctional Facility in Al-Jawf, killing people including women and children visitors.
He questioned: “Who can justify to the Saudi enemy its targeting of the correctional facility in Al-Jawf? Is it not an overt crime? Has anyone condemned it? We do not rely on regimes for their positions; the free stance remains with the Axis of Jihad and Resistance and free individuals worldwide.”
The Leader revealed that Saudi airstrikes reached 760 raids by yesterday. “If Pakistan or Turkey were bombed with this number of raids, would it not create a major crisis? Yet many regimes remain mute, moving only in wrong directions, but when Yemen responds, they get distressed and cause an uproar.”
He stated: “The Saudi enemy resorted to slander against our people by alleging the targeting of Makkah Al-Mukarramah—may our souls be sacrificed for it. We do not consider Makkah Al-Mukarramah a Saudi emirate, nor are the Saudis a rightful authority to use it as a shield against any country; rather, it is an Islamic landmark, and we are responsible for its sanctity and defense.”
Al-Houthi added: “As Yemeni people, we may be among the greatest nations, if not the greatest, in venerating Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Al-Aqsa Mosque, and all Islamic holy sites. We hold a deeply rooted faith belonging in our principles and direction, and we are the most faithful to Makkah and most worthy of supporting it against the Saudi client enemy.”
He affirmed that the Saudi regime is the furthest from venerating the rituals of Allah, viewing them instead as polytheism. Since its occupation of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, it committed heinous crimes, and people should read history to see the crimes, violations of sanctities, and destruction of holy landmarks committed by the Saudi enemy when it occupied Makkah.
He recalled that the Saudi enemy massacred more than three thousand Yemeni pilgrims in the Tanomah massacre, a crime for which the Saudis still bear responsibility. He noted that the Saudi enemy treats holy sites as commercial gains and exploits their sanctity politically to impose influence serving American, Israeli, and British interests.
The Leader pointed out that it was the Saudi enemy that sought proximity by gifting the Kiswah of the Kaaba to the criminal Jewish figure Jeffrey Epstein to tread on with his shoes and use in demonic rituals, emphasizing that divine authority over the Sacred Mosque belongs to believers, not to the corrupt who plot against the nation in every conspiracy.
He said: “The Saudi enemy exploits the holy sites in the worst possible manner and uses the pulpits of holy mosques to defame our people. It commercializes the holy sites, and nations must not venerate the Saudis simply because they control them, but should look at their true reality and connections to Zionist agendas.”
Al-Houthi urged nations to look at the reality of the Saudi regime in inciting sedition, dividing Muslims, and discouraging engagement with the Palestinian cause.
He considered the conference of Yemen scholars to be important, urging the nation’s scholars to review their statement. He noted that there are free scholars in this nation who confronted Saudi slander against our people, expressing gratitude and appreciation for the political and scholarly stances taken against Saudi allegations.
The Leader of the Revolution stressed that the Yemeni people will not overlook in the future anyone who adopted Saudi slander against them, reiterating Yemen’s adherence to its legal and legitimate rights regarding Saudi slander and those who embraced it, noting that circumstances change and time moves forward.
He concluded: “What they did was out of courtesy to the Saudis and deep-seated malice against this people, which is no small matter. The religious, moral, and legal responsibility of adopting such a great slander is immense.”
